Our 5th Annual ICS Craft Fair

Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 8:30am-3pm

The craft fair will be held during our Breakfast with Santa event

Return the application before August 6th, 2012 to be added to our vendor list. 

We will only be taking applications from hand-made craft vendors; no in-home party vendors please.



Indian Community School /Family Resource Center Craft fair

The event will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 8:30am-3pm

Set up times: Friday, Nov. 30 from 5-7pm and Saturday, Dec.1 7-8:00am. There will be no exceptions to set-up times. Doors will be closed Friday evening at 7:00pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am. 


Terms and Conditions:

  • Applicants MUST be 18yrs and Older
  • Space size-10X10
  • All Display tables need to be covered and storage containers must be stored under with a drop cloth in front(to hide storage)
  • No Refunds / No Rain Date
  • Booths are rented on a first come, first serve basis. 
  • The ICS Craft Fair Coordinator may choose to deny a vendor based on appropriateness of products and duplication of vendors. Vendors may not sell any type of alcoholic beverages of any kind. 
  • Setup will be Nov. 30, 2012 from 5:00pm-7:00pm and Dec. 1, 2012 from 7-8:00am. Loading and unloading will take place through the loading dock at the back of the school only. No exceptions.
  • Booths will be indoors 
  • $40.00 donation for space due with application to reserve space.

NOTE:Electrical access is very limited and will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.

  • Participants are responsible for the set-up and clean up of their booths. Participants cannot impair others booths (i.e. sign or display blockage).  Vendors will not be allowed to move booth locations once a booth has been assigned. No exceptions.
  • Under no circumstances can things be taped or placed on building walls or windows.
  • Vendors keep all profits from their booths. 
  • We have limited table’s available first come first serve. One 3 x 9 table can be reserved per 10 x 10 space. You are welcome to bring your own tables as long as they fit within the 10 x 10 space.

Look for Box Tops on hundreds of participating products and send them into school.

We get profits for turning them in. The more we turn in, the more profit we make.

Kemps Milk Caps

If you purchase Kemps milk, turn in your bottle caps.

The school gets $0.05 per cap we turn in. That adds up!

Labels for Education

Clip and save Labels for Education UPCs and beverage caps like:

Campbell's soup, Dannon Kid's yogurt, or Pop Secret Popcorn.
