Make 2008's Fitness Goals a Reality

Here are baby steps to improve your health and family in 2008

No.1: Eat Healthier
  • Drink one glass of low fat milk at breakfast or lunch.
  • Eat one veggie (something green) at your evening meal.
  • bring baby carrots or grape tomatoes to school or work for lunch.

No.2: Bond with Kids
  • Plan regular family fun.
  • Schedule family meat times, but be realistic.
  • Appreciate each other-Establish a family ritual for honoring achievements.

No.3: Reduce Stress
  • Remember,"all things in moderation". To much of anything is usually not healthy.
  • Find something to be thankful for.

No.4: Work on Health
  • Aim for 30 min of exercise most days of the week.
  • Get an adequate amount of sleep
