Nomination Requirements
Term: May 2010 to May 2012
Process Requirements:
1. Completion of the “Criminal History” Forms
2. Completion of the “Contact Sheet” (with Social Security Number)
3. Receive Nomination Paper Packet from the School Office
Documents Required:
1. Tribal Membership Validation Document
2. Recent Picture and the Biographical Data Form (The Picture will not be returned)
3. Completed “Nomination Papers”

TIMELINE:
March 29 - Nomination papers and other documents will be available at the School Office.
April 22 at 12 noon - Deadline for receipt of the Required Documents in the School Office.
April 26 “Biographical Data” posted in the School Office and ICS website (www.ics-milw.org).
May 6 “Biographical Data” forms posted in the Weekly ICS Report.
May 12 The Ballots will be mailed.
May 13 at 6:00 p.m. Meet the Candidates at the PTCC Meeting in the ICS Community Room
May 20 All Ballots must be postmarked by this date.
May 25 Votes tallied by an independent third party.
May 28 Election results posted at the School and on the ICS website.
NOTE: Dates and procedures will be announced if additional run-off election(s) are needed.
